3Cs has Tribute cards available for remembrances or for special occasions.  A Tribute will let someone know "A Donation has been made to Cancer & Community Charities in your name" (or in the name of a loved one's memory).  We also have Get Well, Birthday, Anniversary, Encouragement, and Sympathy cards to send to members and their families.

What better way to let someone know you are thinking about them?  The minimum Tribute Donation is $10.00.

If you would like to let someone know you're thinking about them or their lost loved one, make a Tribute Donation to 3Cs today and we will send a card right out to them!

Please provide your name (as donor), your address, the reason for your Tribute donation (birthday, illness, loss, etc.), the name of who you are honoring, and who you would like us to notify along with their address.
